HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Henry Perrine Baldwin High School in Wailuku, Hawaii., graduating in 2021
• Team captain for Cross Country, and Track and Field, also competed on the diving team for the Baldwin Bears
•Set PR her freshman (PR 24:32), sophomore (PR 23:53), and junior (PR 21:34) year
• Earned Most Valuable Player and Most Inspirational Player, while also being a Hawaii State Qualifier for the Hawaii History Day Competition 
• Also was the Maui Interscholastic League All-Star 2018 and in 2019 was the spotlight of Alexander and Baldwin Athlete 
• She was not only part of the National Honor Society but was the president 
•  Was the Valedictorian of her school and earned Student-Athlete Honors Scholar recognition and Principal's Commendation List

PERSONAL
• Born July 1, 2003 to Kristen and Justin Knowles 
• Has three siblings (Hailey, Kylie, & Chloe) 
•Her father also ran cross country in college at Southern Idaho 
• Intends to major in Political Science and go to law school with hopes of becoming a lawyer
• Enjoys surfing and sewing 
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalms 94:19
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because of it's Christ centered community, the amazing campus, and student life. After praying over where I was to attend college I felt called to go to Biola University."
