• Appeared in nine meets
• Best finish was 11th in the 400 at the Chris Rinne Twilight meet
• Competed in the 400 at the PacWest Championships where she had a provisional finish of 12th (1:00.86)
• A part of the 4x400 relay team at the PacWest Championships that placed sixth (3:58.36)

2022
• Appeared in eight meets
• Achieved three personal bests in the 400 (1:00.22), 200 (26.91) and 100 (13.51)
• Placed first as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Pomona-Pitzer Collegiate All-Comers meet (4:03.22)
• Competed in the 400 at the PacWest Championships where she had a provisional finish of 13th (1:00.59)

2021
• Appeared in eight meets
• Achieved a personal best time of 1:49.22 in the 600m run
• Had two top 10 finishes
• Placed first as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Team 4 Ely Invite (3:59.15)
• Competed in the 400 at the PacWest Championships where she had a provisional finish of 11th (1:04.45)

2020
• Appeared in two meets before the season was canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak
• Ran her season-best 200m at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers, finishing 28th (:27.74)
• Ran her season-best 400m at the Beach Opener, finishing eighth with a 1:03.94

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at New Life Academy, graduating in 2019
• Team captain sophomore-senior season for Track & Field
• Earned 2019 all-conference honors
• Graduated on the Dean's list, honored with Student Leadership and Service Award senior year
• Also played soccer for the Eagles, including three years on varsity

PERSONAL
• Born June 5, 2000 to Richard and Shelly Ahlquist
• Majoring in Psychology with plans to pursue a master's in her major and work either as a child therapist or sports psychologist
• Has one sister (Lindsay) 
• Mother Shelly ran cross country
• Enjoys journaling, reading about neuroscience, painting and spending time with family and friends in her spare time
• Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 40: 28-31
• Why I Chose Biola: “I chose Biola because I love the like minded community, credible Psychology department, and the various opportunities on campus. I could see myself thriving in who God created me to be while pursuing the passions he has given me to make an impact for him in this world.”
