• Earned a career best of 3.22m in pole vault at the Ben Brown Invite
• Best finish was fifth in pole vault at the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invite

2021
• Appeared in seven meets in her first year with the Eagles
• Placed third at the APU Franson Classic Track & Field Meet with a distance of 3.01m

EL CAMINO COLLEGE
• Earned first or second-place finishes at three meets during the shortened track season
• Became a late addition to the ECC cross country team and placed 23rd at the South Coast Conference Championships
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at North Torrance High School, graduating in 2019
• Served as a team captain for two years
• Competed at the LA County Championship in two events as a senior and also qualified for CIF Southern Section competition in the pole vault
• Placed on the podium at three Pioneer League Championships

• Born January 12, 2001 to Rei and Aki Abe
• Majoring in public relations and hopes to go into event planning or PR work
• Has two older siblings, Samuel and Marie
• Her sister Marie competed in pole vault at El Camino College and has the fourth-best mark in program history
• Works as an Expansion Lead Coach Intern this fall with the National School Project
• Enjoys indoor rock climbing and baking

• Why I Chose Biola: “I chose Biola because I'll be surrounded by a community of believers that are all striving to grow in their relationships with the Lord, as I am. I'm excited to learn more about how to better love and serve God while I'm here on Earth.”
