• All-PacWest and second place in the 3000 steeplechase at the PacWest Championships
• CSC All-District
• Academic All-PacWest
• D2 ADA Academic Achievement
• Appeared in six meets and had four top 10 finishes, three were second place podium finishes
• Also competed in the 1500 at the PacWest Championships where she finished 13th (18:35.38)
• Made personal bests in 1500 (4:39.74), mile (5:05.96) and 10,000 (36:55.20)

2022
• Appeared in seven meets
• Earned six top 10 finishes, two were top three
• Won first in the 3000 steeplechase at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Meet (11.23.44)
• All-PacWest and third place at the PacWest Championships in the 3000 steeplechase (11:20.63)
• Also competed in the 1500 at the PacWest Championships where she placed fourth (17:53.76)

2021
• Finished in second place at the PacWest Conference meet in the steeplechase
• Named to USTFCCCA All-Region in the steeplechase

2020
• Appeared in one meet before the season was canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak
• Won her only event of the season, a 3,000m run at the Beach Opener (10:18.99)

LOYOLA MARYMOUNT
• Ran one season at Loyola Marymount
• Earned Freshman of the Year
• Helped her team finish fourth in the West Coast Conference

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at South High School and then Palos Verdes High School in Palos Verdes, Calif., graduating in 2018
• Helped her team make it to state and nationals
• Her team's trip to nationals was the first trip in school history
• Was league champion in cross country her sophomore year and MVP both sophomore and senior seasons

PERSONAL
• Born July 18, 2000 to Tisha Catena
• Has three siblings (Jacob, Faith, Shon)
• Plans to major in kinesiology with hopes of a career as a physical therapist
• She enjoys surfing, volleyball, skateboarding and bungee jumping 
• Favorite Bible Verse: Deuteronomy 31:6
• Why I Chose I chose Biola: "I love the cross country coach and team. I am also excited to grow in my faith while I am there."
