CASA GRANDE, Ariz. --- Biola's Joshua Mathis finished tied for 13th in a stacked field at the 2010 Arizona Intercollegiate/Southern Nazarene University Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at the Francisco Grande Golf Course in Casa Grande.

The Eagles finished 13th in the tough field, which featured some of the top teams in the NAIA.

Mathis led the way with a five-over-par 221, carding rounds of 71, 75 and 75 in the two-day tournament.

Jordan Swanson was Biola's next highest finisher, tying for 54th with a score of 234 (78-77-79).

The Eagles' next tournament is the Point Loma Nazarene University/Smee Builders Invitational, March 1-2 at Steele Canyon Golf Club in Jamul, California.
