• Won the individual title at the PacWest Championships (25:09)
• Led the team to Biola's second straight PacWest Championship
• Led Biola to their first ever NCAA Regional and National Championship appearance
• Earned NCAA Division II All-Region honors and All-PacWest First Team honors
• Finished fourth in the NCAA Regionals with his season-best 10k time (31:05)

• Ran his season-best 8k at the Capital Cross Challenge (24:32)

2018
• Won the individual title at the NCCAA National Championships (25:35)
• Won the individual title at the PacWest Championships (24:43)

• Earned NCCAA Scholar-Athlete honors
• Named NCCAA National Runner of the Week twice

2017
• Won the individual title at the NCCAA National Championships (25:27)
• Earned All-PacWest honors with a 14th-place finish at the PacWest Conference Championship (26:01)
• Earned Biola's "Male Student-Athlete of the Year" at the year-end banquet
• Named the NCAA Division II HERO of the Week for his performance during week 3 of the cross country season at the UCR Invitational (25:04)
• Earned PacWest Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 19
• Appeared in five events during his second season on the team
• His season-best was the 25:04 at the UCR Invitational

2016
• Led the Eagles with the lowest time on the team at two meets
• Competed in six races during his first season with the team
• Finished inside of the team's top-3 at all six races he ran
• Earned All-GSAC honors as the team's top finisher at the GSAC Championship meet (4th - 24:56)
• Ran his season-best at the GSAC Championship meet (24:56)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at Ramona HS in Ramona, Calif., graduating in 2016
•  Earned all-league and all-CIF first team honors
• Led the Bulldogs to a CIF championship in 2014 as well as a Valley League championship
• Placed 12th at the California state championships

• Born March 6, 1998 to Manuel and Robin Plendcio
• Majoring in communications with hopes of a career in law enforcement
