• Appeared in seven of the team's 10 meets as a sophomore
• Helped Biola win its second straight PacWest Championship
• Earned All-PacWest third team honors with an 18th-place finish at conference (26:27)
• Finished 65th overall at the NCAA Regionals with his season-best 10k (31:43)
• Ran his season-best 8k at the WOU Sundowner Invitational (25:05)

2018
• Appeared in all seven meets as a true freshman
• Two-time PacWest Freshman of the Week
• Helped Biola win its first-ever PacWest Championship
• Earned All-PacWest second team honors with a 13th-place finish at conference (25:33)
• Named NCCAA All-American with a fifth-place finish at the national meet (26:25)
• Ran his season-best 8k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (25:11)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity years at Bellevue Christian School in Clyde Hill, Wash., graduating in 2018
• Four-Time State Cross Country Championship qualifier, finishing top-10 as a senior
• Four-time all-league first team
• Set the school record in the 5k, 3 mile race and 2.8 mile race
• Led his team to an appearance at the state meet as a sophomore
• Won the individual district championship as a senior with a PR of 15:59
• Placed on the High Honor Roll all four years
• Member of the National Honors Society and President's Award for Educational Excellence
• Won the Washington State Honors Award and U.S. Army National Reserve Scholar-Athlete honor

• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because it was one of my cheapest options and because of the Bible minor that everyone has worked into their schedule. I also could run for Biola, which was a huge plus for me."
