• Ran in seven of Biola's 10 events
• Helped the team win Biola's second-straight PacWest Championship
• Made All-PacWest second team with a 11th-place finish (25:54)
• Ran his season-best 8k at the CSUSB Coyote Invitational (25:28)
• Helped Biola to NCAA Division II/USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors

2018
• Ran in six of Biola's seven events
• Earned NCCAA All-American honors with a seventh-place finish (26:36)
• Helped the team win Biola's first-ever PacWest Championship
• Earned All-PacWest first team honors with a seventh-place finish (25:19)
• Ran his season-best 8k at those PacWest Championships

2017
• Earned NCCAA All-American honors with a fourth-place finish at nationals (team won the title)
• Earned All-PacWest honors with a team-best 13th-place finish at the PacWest Conference Championships
• Named PacWest Freshman of the Week twice (9/12 & 9/19)
• Appeared in six meets as a true freshman
• Ran a season-best 25:44.1 at the NCCAA National Championship meet

HIGH SCHOOL
• Ran four years on varsity for Brea Olinda High School in Brea, Calif., graduating in 2017
• As a freshman he ran a best of 16:12 earning a 2nd place finish at State
• He finished 1st place at State, Qualified for NXN and ran a best of 14:59 as a sophomore
• Recorded a time of 14:55 as a junior finishing 1st place at State
• Senior year he recorded a best of 14:47 and took 6th place finish at State
• Earning 3rd all time with a 5K of15:33 and 5th all time in the 3 mile with14:47
• He won League and Mt Sac all four years
• Named Three-time All-League, two-time All-Orange County, and three-time All CIF-SS honors
• He also ran Track and Field at Brea Olinda

PERSONAL
• Born June 17, 1998 to Darlene Trujillo
• Has one younger brother (Joshua)
• His brother, Austin, played soccer at Westmont
• Majoring in Liberal Studies Elementary Ed with the intent of becoming an Elementary teacher
• He enjoys reading
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 90:2
• Why I Chose Biola: " I chose Biola to get closer to God and I felt like he was calling me towards the school. Everything was just pointing towards Biola”
