HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Capistrano Valley Christian Schools in San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
• Tallied 736 assists as a senior, with over 1,700 total assists across her high school career
• Helped lead her team to a Division 4 CIF indoor volleyball championship and a Division 7 CIF finalist finish
• Also a two-time CIF beach volleyball finalist
• Earned First-Team All-League honors three times in indoor volleyball and was named League Player of the Year in 2024
• Two-time First-Team All-County selection and named All-CIF in 2023
• Also excelled in beach volleyball, earning First-Team All-League honors three times and First-Team All-County recognition in 2024
• Graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the National Honor Society

PERSONAL
• Born April 14 to Sean and Stephanie McDowell
• Plans to major in healthcare management and become a nurse
• Has two siblings: Scottie and Shane; Scottie currently plays basketball at Biola
• Comes from a Biola legacy family—father played basketball at Biola and mother played basketball at Vanguard University
• Enjoys line dancing and surfing
• Favorite Bible Verse: Philippians 4:6
