• Took a redshirt year as a freshman

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped two varsity seasons at Capistrano Valley Christian in San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
• Helped lead her team to back-to-back San Joaquin League Championships in 2022 and 2023 and a CIF Southern Section Division 4 Championship in 2023 
• Put together a stellar senior season with 478 digs and 5.0 digs per set, which ranked No. 1 in the league and No. 3 in the division 
• Picked up individual accolades throughout her career as a First Team All-League, First Team All-CIF, and San Joaquin League Defensive Player of the Year in 2023
• She was also named to the All-San Joaquin League Second Team as a junior
• Also competed in beach volleyball, earning all-league first team honors and a team league championship

PERSONAL
• Born June, 9, 2006 to George and Christie Solovjev
• Has one sibling, Anna
• Father, George, played basketball and tennis at Seattle Pacific University
• Plans to major in public relations and strategic communications
• Was high school teammates with fellow Eagle, Shauna McDowell
• She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and line dancing
• Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 41:10
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola for so many reasons including the Christian environment and the coaching staff and team. I am so blessed and excited to play volleyball at the next level surrounded by amazing people in my everyday life. This community is everything I have been looking for and I can’t wait to see what Biola has in store for me!"
