HIGH SCHOOL
• Played one year of varsity at Woodland Christian, graduating in 2022
• Sophomore and junior seasons were canceled due to COVID
• Qualified for CIF twice
• Swam with USA Swim
• Received awards such as CSF Seal Bearer with Highest Honors, President's Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence, Living For Christ Award, and was a member of the National Honor Society
• Also played volleyball for the Cardinals

PERSONAL
• Born May 15, 2004 to Rick and Rondi Drefs
• His major is currently undecided but is considering majoring in psychology and becoming a counselor after graduation
• He has two siblings: Jordan and Callie

• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose to attend Biola University for the strong Christian and family aspect I saw displayed in the everyday life of the students on the beautiful campus when I visited and toured. Another reason that I chose Biola is the competitive swimming program. Even just within the Swim and Dive Team, the spirit, morale, and all-around family aspect drew me to Biola. The tight bond between the school's students is appealing, intriguing, and something I would definitely love to experience. Also, another convincing factor of Biola University was the strong and diverse educational fields offered and the open doors in the future that a Biola education will provide. From alumni, I have heard of the fun and exciting stories of campus life as well as the friends and family made while earning a professional degree. Biola University was a great choice for me because of its unity, athletics, location, reputation, spirit, and most importantly Christian identity."
