• Swept a trio of 2nd-place finishes in the 50-yard, 100-yard, and 200-yard breaststroke at the Triple Distance Invitational
• Secured one 3rd-place finish in dual-meet competition

• Prepped four varsity seasons at Yucaipa High School, graduating in 2022
• Made it to the CIF Finals each year of competition
• League Champion each year of competition
• Team captain and team MVP
• Earned most outstanding swimmer at the Citrus Valley Invite
• Academic Honors: California Scholarship Federation, National Honor Society, AP scholar award, graduated within top 10% of class
• Also played water polo for the Thunderbirds
PERSONAL
• Born March 6, 2004 to Mark Vincent Shalhoub and Irene Shalhoub
• Has two younger siblings (Lucas and Ava)
• He enjoys playing Guitar, video games, cars, drums
• His father played collegiate football at the University of Redlands
• Plans to major in biological science, with hopes of a career as Medical doctor, physician assistant, physical therapist or scientist
• Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 41:10
• Why I chose Biola: "I chose Biola because I wanted to attend an institution where I would be likely to find others with similar values. I feel that as a Christian in modern society this would be difficult. I liked the outlook and presentation of the people I met on my tour and I like that I can be somewhat local as well."
