• Appeared in two meets before the season was canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak
• Had her season-best finish in the 100m (37th - :13.68) at the Beach Opener

2019
• Appeared in eight meets during her first track season with the Eagles
• Ran her two best times at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Collegiate Scoring Meet (100m - :13.05/200m :27.26)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Covina HS, graduating in 2018
• Went to CIF with her 4x100m team all four season, and the 100m her senior year
• 3 time league champ for the Colts
• Also played soccer and volleyball for the Colts

PERSONAL
• Born Feb. 20 1999 to Laura Ojeda and George Barrera
• Majoring in Comm Sciences Disorders with plans to get her PH. D
• Has five older siblings (Linda, Joey, Velair, Ashley and Justin)
• Enjoys dancing and learning new things in her spare time
• Why I Chose Biola: “It has a home-like atmosphere and I love how the community is super engaged. The class ratio was excellent and I was able to focus a lot more with that being an option..”
