• Appeared in two meets before the season was canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak
• Her best individual finish of the season was 24th in the discus (27.50m) at the Pomona-Pitzer Collegiate All-Comers meet

2019
• Appeared in seven meets during her first track season with the Eagles
• Recorded her best discus toss at the Ben Brown Invitationa (4th - 30.91m)
• Finished 13th in discus at the PacWest Track & Field Championships (28.45m)
• Earned Academic All-PacWest honors

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at Corona Del Mar High School in Newport Beach, Calif., graduating in 2018
• Won a Pacific Coast League championship as a junior
• Also played soccer for the Sea Kings, making it to CIF II Semifinals

PERSONAL
• Born Aug. 30, 1999 to Don and Ruth Kobayashi
• Has one older sibling (Lauren)
• Plans to major in cinema and media arts and go on to a career editing videos for a movie company or sports broadcasting company
• She enjoys editing videos, playing Fortnite and baking
• Favorite Bible Verse: Philippians 4:13
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because I really wanted to go back to a Christian school. I went from K-8th grade then went to a public high school. I felt the calling of God to go back to a Christian school, so I took the opportunity. The Cinema Media and Arts Program really dragged my attention too!"
