Sean Henning took a small group of sprinters, jumpers, throwers and vaulters back to Point Loma this weekend for the PLNU Collegiate Invitational.

Emily Heisinger had a highlight day for the Eagles as she set new personal-bests in the 100m (:12.6) and 200m (:25.9). She now has the No. 1 time among Golden State Athletic Conference competitors in both events.

Nicole Falkenstein earned another first place finish in the women's pole vault with a final vault of 3.5m.
Teddi Wright was another strong individual finisher. The sophomore finished second in the triple jump with a mark of 11.42m.

Another Biola personal-best came with
Ambernicole Hollinger's effort in the shot put. The sophomore recorded a 10.46m and finished 13
th of 46 competitors.

Aditya Lal and
Brian Marcus both recorded strong top-20 finishes. Lal placed 16
th with a 1:57 in the 800m in another solid run. Marcus finished 16
th in the 400m hurdles with a :59.6.

Elyse Harabedian's second place finish in the high jump was another highlight of the afternoon. She posted the second-best jump of her career at 1.62m.

The outdoor track & field season continues on Friday with the distance carnival hosted by San Francisco State University.
