LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Biola tennis hosted Westmont for the final regular season games of the season on Saturday. The Eagles lost both matches 1-8 to the nationally-ranked sides of the Warriors.

The men's team faced a No. 10 Westmont team that came into the match looking to snap a seven match-losing streak. The Warriors accomplished that successfully by sweeping the doubles matches and taking five of the six singles contests.

David Garcia got Biola's lone match win with a two-set victory at the No. 6 position. Garcia improved to 13-9 on the season with the 6-3; 6-1 victory. Garcia's been excelling through the last 10 matches, posting a 3-7 individual record while Biola's compiled a 4-6 mark.

The Eagles finish the regular season with a 10-13 (4-8 GSAC) overall record and claim the fifth seed in the Golden State Athletic Conference Tournament, which begins play on Wednesday.

The women's side also lost all three doubles matches and went 1-5 against the No. 11 Warriors in singles play. Westmont won its third straight match to end the regular season as the No. 2 seed in the conference.

Biola's lone win in this one came at the No. 6 spot where
Brooke Sanford earned a win by default. The freshman finishes the regular season with six wins.
