SAN MARCOS, Calif. --- Biola Women's Golf added 15 strokes to its day one score to fall out of a tie for fifth and into sole possession of sixth place as play concluded at the 2015 CSU San Marcos Fall Invite.
 
Courses went up throughout the eight-team field as the day's scoring average was up by nearly a stroke from yesterday's 81.63. Biola saw three of its five golfers add strokes as it finished the 36-hole tournament 11 strokes behind the University of Victoria and 53 strokes in front of Golden State Athletic Conference foe Hope International.
 
Sarah Paravia and Mary Karnazes are the two Eagles that did not see score increases on Tuesday. Paravia dropped two strokes from Monday's score to become the Eagles' third-leading scorer in the tournament. She shot a round one 85 and round two 83 to finish 31^st overall.

Karnazes had a round one 86 and duplicated it during the second day of play to end at 172 overall and in 36^th place in the field of 42.
 
Mychaela Graf was again Biola's top finisher. She has led the Eagles in each of the first three tournaments of the season. She shot a round two 77 to end with a 36-hole score of 152 (+8) to place in a tie for sixth. The +8 score ties her season-best for score relative to par. Both came in 36-hole tournaments.
 
Jasmine Rodriguez was the Eagles' second-best scorer for the tournament. She saw a 10-stroke dip in the final round, but she held on for a two-round tally of 162 (+18) to tie for 20^th.
 
Lauren Van Horn finished one stroke better that Mary Karnazes to be Biola's fourth scorer. She shot an 81 yesterday and followed it up with a 90 on day to to finish in a tie for 33^rd overall.

Point Loma won the tournament by 30 strokes over the second-place team.
 
Biola has one more tournament this fall as it will appear at the Marymount Fall Invite Nov. 9-10.
