Lauren Marlow was one shot off the best round of the day, moving up into the top 10 with a ninth-place finish among 109 golfers at the Point Loma Nazarene Super San Diego Championship at the Riverwalk Golf Course on Monday and Tuesday.
Marlow shot a second-round 74 to finish with an 11-over-par 155 after a first-round 81. Marlow was one shot off the best round of the day on Tuesday and moved up from 15th to ninth with the solid finish.
Ava Lourenco finished 27th overall with a two-round total of 163. She also dropped a number of strokes in the second round, carding a 77 after a first-round 86.
Jasmine Rodriguez (86-94=180) and Beth Williams (99-95=194) rounded out the group for the Eagles, which placed 15th overall in the 20-team field with a two-round total of 688.
Biola returns to action on Feb. 25-26 at the Cal State San Marcos Lady Cougar Invitational at the Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos.
