LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Biola seniors Zach Bautista, Aaron Fenlason and Cody Shelton were named to the All-Golden State Athletic Conference men's soccer team released by the conference office on Saturday.

Bautista, a midfielder from Orange, scored five goals and had one assist on the season with four of those goals beign match winners. He tallied three-straight match winners to start Biola's current six-match winning streak, scoring the overtime-winner at Point Loma, added the first of two goals in a key victory at The Master's College, then scored both goals in Biola's upset win over Vanguard in the season-finale. 

Fenlason, a goalkeeper from Rancho Bernardo, is among the top goalkeepers in the conference, going 13-5-2 with eight shutouts and a 1.00 goals against average. He was twice named the GSAC Defensive Player of the Week and earned NAIA Defensive Player of the Week last week. Over the last six games, Fenlason has allowed just four goals--one of a penalty kick--despite facing 64 shots. Fenlason was named an NAIA All-American last season.

Shelton, a defender Joshua Tree, is the anchor of the Biola defense. He helped the Eagles allow just 21 goals against in 20 games this season. Shelton has also been extremely versatile, moving to the forward position when Biola needed late goals during the middle of the season. He scored three of his four goals over a two game stretch, tallying two goals in the final 10 minutes of a game at Westmont, than scoring another late goal in Biola's overtime win at Point Loma Nazarene.

The trio are now eligible for NAIA All-American honors which are announced during the NAIA Tournament which takes place Nov. 28-Dec. 3. 

Biola earned its second NAIA Tournament berth over the last three years by virtue of winning the GSAC Tournament with a 3-2 victory over Concordia in double overtime on Saturday. The Eagles are 13-5-2 on the season and finished fifth in the GSAC with a 5-4-0 record. The Eagles open the NAIA Tournament with an Opening Round match on Saturday, Nov. 19.
