LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Senior defender Amy Atkinson and junior goalkeeper Erin Frushon have been named to the 2010 Women's Soccer All-Golden State Athletic Conference team as announced by the conference office on Monday.

Atkinson, a senior from Mongmong, Guam, anchored a tough Biola backline which surrendered just 17 goals in as many matches, allowing two or more goals on just three different occasions. 

She also wraps up her Biola career with an impressive 4,788 minutes played--the most in the program's history. Atkinson did not miss a match over the last three years.

Frushon was one of the top goalkeepers in the GSAC this season, leading the conference in saves made with 75 and ranked third with a 0.81 goals against average. She posted four shutouts this season and kept the Eagles in numerous games with great play in goal. 

In three seasons with Biola, Frushon has recorded a 13-11-10 overall record and a 0.89 goals against average. She has made 154 saves and allowed just 33 goals. 

Biola wrapped up a strong 2010 season with its first playoff berth in five seasons and fnished the year with a 6-5-6 record.
