LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Biola suffered a tough sweep at the hands of No. 5 Azusa Pacific University on Tuesday in a GSAC match at the Biola Tennis Center. Biola drops to 1-10 overall and to 0-8 in GSAC play while the Cougars improve to 6-4 and 5-2 in conference action.

The Eagles were short-handed and had to default in a pair of matches as they were without their No. 1 player Tyler Jung, who sprained an ankle in his previous match and will be out a few weeks.

Biola returns to the courts on Friday (Mar. 13), hosting La Sierra University at 2:00 p.m.
