Biography

2008: Played in 14 games, making six starts as a junior…recorded four shots and played in 514 minutes.

2007: Started and played in three games as a sophomore, seeing action in 130 minutes before an injury ended her season.

2006: Did not play as a freshman after suffering an injury during the preseason.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity letterman at Bear River High School in Grass Valley…team captain during senior season…presented with All-Pioneer Valley League honors as a freshman and earned honorable mention honors as a sophomore.

PERSONAL: Major is Sociology…plans to become a social worker after graduation…parents are Michael and Susan Mathis…has two sisters, Michelle (23) and Katelyn (17)…Sister Michelle played softball at St. Mary’s College (CA) from 2004-07.
