2009: Played in 11 matches and made seven starts, missing time due to an injury midseason…recorded one assist and had 11 shots…lone assist came against Academy of Art (Sept. 7), sending a free kick into the box where it was finished by Bethany Wikfors for the match-winning goal.
2008: Appeared in all 15 games for the Eagles as a sophomore, making 14 starts…versatile player who can play both on the back line and at the midfield position…played 1,203 minutes, the fourth-most on the team…recorded one assist and tallied 12 shots…assist came on the lone goal in Biola’s 1-0 win over William Penn (Iowa) (Aug. 29) in the second match of the season.
2007: Saw immediate action as a true freshman, playing in all 16 games and making 15 starts…finished the season with 1,155 minutes, the fifth-highest total on the team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years on varsity at Piedmont Hills High School…named first-team All-Blossom Valley Athletic League three straight years... awarded team MVP as a sophomore and senior and was a team captain during final two seasons.
PERSONAL: Major is Business Management…parents are Don and Vickie Yarber…has two sisters, Gina (24) and Rachelle (20)…cousin Nathan Garcia was a standout pitcher at Santa Clara University and is currently in the Tampa Bay minor league system.
