• Earned Academic All-PacWest honors
• Also recognized with D2ADA Academic Achievement Award
• Part of Biola's NCCAA Championship competition team
• Nearly earned all-conference honors in the 5k, placing fourth with a 15:16.99
• Ran his college-best 5k at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (14:49.58)
• Ran his college-best 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (3:56.75)
• Nearly earned NCCAA All-American honors in the 5k, placing fourth with a 15:29.51

2018
• Earned Academic All-PacWest honors
• Earned NCCAA All-American status with second-place finish in the 4x800m relay (7:46.61)
• Appeared in 11 meets during his first track season at Biola
• Finished eighth in the 1,500m at the PacWest Championships (4:05.95)
• Ran the 5k five times in 2018, setting his season-best with a 14:54.39 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Also ran the 1,500m five times, with his season-best coming the first time he ran it at the SDSU Aztec Invitational (3:58.70)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach, Calif., graduated in 2017
• Qualified for CIF individually and getting 5th in League as a sophomore
• Qualified as a team in 2015 & 2016, ending as runner up in League
• Cross Country CIF SS Finalists 2015 & 2016 first and second time team ever qualified for CIF Finals.
• Goldenwest League Champions in 2016
• Three-time Varsity Cross Country MVP
• 2017 Runner of the Year and two-time CIF Finalist
• Three-time All-League First Team Goldenwest League Cross Country
• Awarded Daily Pilot Cross Country Dream Team in 2016
• 2016 Ocean View Cross Country Hall of Fame Inductee

• Earned the Golden Hawk Boys Athletics Award Winner / Ocean View athlete of the year, OCADA Athlete with Character Award, and OCADA Goldenwest Male League Athlete of the Year

• He has one younger brother (Jason)
• Majoring in mathematics in order to become a future teacher or professor and possibly later a principal
• He enjoys running, playing sports, spikeball, and climbing
• Favorite Bible Verse: I Corinthians 10:31
• Why I chose Biola: “After my visit I found Biola as simply the best fit due to the location, academics, atmosphere, team and Christ-centered education. My youth pastor and I talked and realized God was leading me to Biola for several reasons as I'll be able to grow in the Lord as I'm plugged into my church and participating in a Christ-centered education and athletic program. Praise God for leading me to such a prestigious university like Biola, go Eagles!”
