• Appeared in nine meets
• Finished 13th in the 3000S at the PacWest T&F Championships (10:01.98)
• Achieved two personal bests in the 5000 (15:36.44) and 3000S (9:46.65)
• Two top 10 finishes in the 3000S: 6th at Ross and Sharon Irwin meet (10:00.41) and 7th at Pomona-Pitzer T&F Invite (9:55.84)
• Ninth-fastest time in the PacWest Conference in the 3000S (9:46.65)

2021-22
• Appeared in six meets
• Recorded two top 10 finishes in 3000S: 7th at Team 4 Titus and Ely Invite (10:38.46), 10th at PacWest T&F Championships (10:02.38)

2021 (SPRING)
• Appeared in seven meets 
• Achieved personal bests in the 10K (33:24.70) and the 3000 (9:14.24)
• Two top 10 finishes: 5th in the 10K at APU Invite (33:24.70) and Distance Carnival and 8th in 3000 at Battle for SoCal (9:14.24)
• Placed 12th in the 10K at the PacWest T&F Championships (36:28.51)

2019-20
• Appeared in five meets in his first fall season with the Eagles 
• Finished 35th at the PacWest XC Championships in the 8K (27:08.4)
• Spring season was canceled due to COVID-19

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity years at Foothill HS in Santa Ana, Calif., graduating in 2019
• Set a career-best in the XC 3-mile of 15:20 and a mile best of 9:42
• Made it to CIF finals during her senior year
• Was team MVP for cross country, varsity impact player during her sophomore year
• Earned all-league honors during her junior and senior years
• Scholar-Athlete all four years

PERSONAL
• Born July 2, 2001 to Chris and Lindsay Bramel
• Has two younger siblings (Taylor and Madison)
• He enjoys ultimate frisbee, spikeball, video games and board games
• His grandfather, Randall, played water polo at USC
• Majoring in kinesiology with plans of a career in physical therapy or personal training
• Favorite Bible Verse: Mark 13:13
• Why I Chose Biola: "I loved the community I saw here, and I couldn't wait to be completely immersed in a Christ-centered campus with all the people who have Jesus in common with me."
