IRVINE, Calif.--- Laila Walker was named PacWest Player of the Week, helping her team notch two conference wins and create a three-game winning streak. 

Walker recorded 50 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and two steals against Holy Names and Fresno Pacific. Both nights Walker scored in the 20-point range and on Saturday Walker posted a career-high of 28 points.

Walker saw success as a force from beyond the arc, going 11-for-18 against Fresno Pacific and Holy Names. Walker landed five three-point baskets against FPU and drained six against HNU.

Walker was also perfect at the charity strip where she went 5-for-5 this past week.

Biola (6-8, 6-2 PacWest) plays next on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m. against Bethesda University.
