TRABUCO CANYON, Calif. --- Megan Miller was the MVP of her Mission Viejo High School Cross Country team and will add to the tremendous depth of Biola's Women's Cross Country team this fall.
 
Miller was a three-sport athlete for the Diablos, earning two all-league honors in cross country and also running track and playing soccer.
 
She will participate in cross country at Biola and also plans to run the 800m and 1,600m for new head coach Sean Henning.
 
"Megan is a terrific young lady who comes from a great family," said Henning. "She should come in and make an immediate impact on our team, especially in the middle distance events. We are excited to add her to our program and think she will add a lot of depth to our squad as we look toward GSAC Championship this fall."
 
The strong Christian environment made Biola stand out to Miller, but she certainly wont mind Biola's location either as an avid hiker and surfer.
 
She plans to study business accounting and hopes for a career in accounting.
 
"I am so excited to run for Biola," said Miller. "I chose Biola because of the strong Christian atmosphere/influence on campus. There are not many colleges out there that teach God's word, much less ones that give you a Bible minor. That is something that really impressed me."
 
Miller is scheduled to begin classes and competition this fall.
