JACKSON, Tenn. --- Despite a school-record tying 29 offensive rebounds and 25 points from senior Megann Alberts, Biola could not keep up with a red-hot three-point barrage by Lee University (Tenn.), falling 96-75 to the Lady Flames in the second round of the NAIA Tournament on Friday afternoon in Jackson.

Thanks to the great shooting, the Flames held a 32-11 just over 10 minutes into the game.
Biola did not play that bad offensively, shooting 39 percent in the game and pulling down 47 rebounds including 29 on the offensive glass. Alberts, the Eagles' lone senior scored a team-high 25 points--her third-best performance of the season--in the final game of her impressive Biola career. Sophomore Jenna French added 15 points and seven boards with sophomore Jessilyn Conicelli and freshman Charrise Reece scoring 11 points each.
Lee was led by the 35 points of Brooke McKinnon, who hit 11-of-13 from the field including 4-of-5 from beyond the arc. McKinnon's 35 were the most by an individual in the tournament thus far.
