Biography

PERSONAL
• Born on April 25, 2001 to Tamara and Kenny Franklin
• Has an older brother, Myles, who played collegiate basketball at Northeastern and Point Loma University 
• Enjoys music producing and audio engineering during his free time
• He is working on his Masters in Leadership and Innovation 
• After Biola, he hopes to play professional basketball, coach, or get a job in tech management 
• Favorite Bible Verse: Joshua 1:9 
• Reason Why I Chose Biola: “Close to home and I wanted to grow my faith as a christian and work on my masters while pursuing a PacWest championship in basketball.”

HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Villa Park High School in 2019 
• Played four years of varsity basketball for the Spartans 
• During his senior season, he averaged 21.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game
• Was the 2018-2019 Crestview League MVP 
• His 55 points were the most points ever in a single game 

OREGON STATE 
• Saw time on the court in 21 games his freshman season 
• Recorded four points, four assists and two steals in his collegiate debut 
• Was apart of the #12 seed in the NCAA Tournament and helped his team reach the Elite Eight 

CAL POLY SAN LUIS OBISPO
• Appeared in all 28 games for the Mustangs and started in 12 games his first season
• Scored career-best 11 points against UC Irvine 
• Logged 12 three-pointers, 31 free throws, 23 assists, five blocks, 10 steals and 125 points in his first year at Cal Poly 
• Averaged 17.5 minutes his second season 
• In his second season, he recorded 24 assists, five blocks, 17 steals and 77 points
