2021 
• Started in 34 games in the outfield for the Eagles
• Led the team at bats (119), doubles (9)
• Second on the team in batting average (.361), runs (24), hits (43) and total bases (55)
• Recorded a season high five hits, two doubles and five putouts against Northwest Nazarene (5/7/21)

PURDUE
• Spent two academic years at Purdue after transferring from Yakima Valley College, where he was league MVP and a First Team All-American
• Was the Boilermaker's starting right fielder in 2019 and 2020 and collected base hits in 11 of his first 13 games in a Purdue uniform
• Started 31 times during his full season in West Lafayette and earned back-to-back Academic All-Big Ten honors in 2019 and 2020

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at West Valley High School in Spokane, Wash., graduating in 2016
• Also played four years of varsity football and three years of varsity basketball
• Washington State High School Player of the Year as a senior
• Also the Great Northern League Player of the Year and an all-state performer as a senior
• Four-year all-league performer on the diamond was also a three-time honoree in football
• Graduated with a 3.98 GPA to earn salutatorian honors in his class
• Helped lead WVHS to league titles as a freshman and junior

PERSONAL
• Born October 16, 1997 to Diana and Joe Sage
• Has three siblings: Katelyn, Cole and Sarah
• Pursuing a masters in business administration and hopes to play professional baseball
• Mother, Diana, played softball at Texas and father, Joe, played club baseball at Eastern Washington
• Enjoys playing video games and reading in his spare time
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 23:4
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because we have the best coaching staff in the country here. Biola is a place I can grow my faith and earn a great master's degree all while playing the sport I love."
