Biography

2017
• Transitioned to full-time pitching duties for the Eagles, making 14 starts
• Led the team with nine pitching wins (9-3 overall)
• Finished top-5 in the NAIA in innings-per-game (7.0)
• Earned All-GSAC honors
• Named Biola's "Male Student-Athlete of the Year" at the year-end all-sports banquet
• Completed the season with 105 innings pitched and a 3.77 ERA
• Struck out 77 guys, while walking just 25
• Held opponents to a .251 batting average
• Finished three complete games
• Named GSAC Pitcher of the Week on April 24
• Went at least seven innings in 12 consecutive starts to begin the season

2016
• Made 16 appearances on the mound and 46 total appearances in his third season with the Eagles
• One of four everyday players to hit over .300 (.313)
• Recorded 51 hits, including 16 for extra bases (.454 slugging)

• Stole four bases in nine attempts
• Started 15 games as the Eagles' No. 2 starter
• Posted a 4.04 ERA and a 7-6 overall record
• Went 6-2 with a 2.87 ERA from March 1 through the end of the season
• Named GSAC Pitcher of the Week on April 11

2015
• Appeared in 41 games for the Eagles, including 17 appearances on the mound
• Compiled a 3-2 overall record with five saves and a team-leading 3.96 ERA
• Started four games on the bump (3-1 | 7 ER in 19 IP)
• Hit two homeruns and tallied 18 RBI
• Went 33-for-115 (.287) with a .352 on-base percentage
• One of five Eagles with a slugging percentage over .400 (.409)
• His two homers came in back-to-back games (April 2 and April 7)

2014
• Appeared in 35 games for the Eagles, starting 18 in the lineup and once on the mound
• Collected 17 hits and 10 RBI in his freshman campaign 
• Pitched in 10 of the Eagles' games, working a total of 16.2 innings

• Prepped three varsity seasons at Hebron HS in Lewisville, Texas, graduating in 2013
• Earned the Hebron Hawks’ Silver Slugger award as a senior
 •Earned the Hebron Hawks’ Gold Glove award in 2012
• Two-time all-district second team infielder
