HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years on the varsity squad at Liberty High School in Bakersfield…team captain as a senior, helping Patriots to CIF semifinals…defensive MVP in 2010…Jockey Club Kern County Athlete of the Month…helped LHS to Southeast Yosemite League championship as a junior…named most improved player as a sophomore…also played tennis and was on the swim team at Liberty High School, receiving Jockey Club Athlete of the Month honors as a senior on the tennis team.

PERSONAL: Intends to major in Communication Disorders and plans to be a speech pathologist…parents are Ben and Denise…father Ben, graduated from Biola in 1982 and currently is an attorney in Bakersfield…has two older siblings, sister Hannah (22) and brother Joel (21).
