2024
• Appeared in eight meets in his first track & field season
• Set personal bests in the javelin (37.52m), shot put (11.36m) and the discus throw (26.37m)
• Recorded three top 10 finishes, highest finish was second in the javelin throw at the Chris Rinne Twilight (32.67m) 
• Placed 13th in SP (10.93m) and 12th in JT (35.85m) at the PacWest T&F Championships

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Sammamish High School, graduating in 2020
• Helped the Totems to two relay victories at the Washington 2A State Meet and a State Championship his senior year
• Set a new school record in the 200 medley at the state championships
• Also competed in water polo and track & field in high school
• Graduated with National Merit Commendation and as an National AP Scholar 

PERSONAL
• Born April 17, 2002 to Christine and Lawrence Hanson
• Majoring in Mathematics and was accepted into Biola's Stewart Science Honors program
• Has two siblings: Elaina and Danica
• Swam on the Olympic Cascade Aquatics club team for three years
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 27:12
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because of its combination of christian community, awesome swim team, and its new Stewart science honors program."
