2024
• Appeared in 10 meets, secured eight top 10 finishes
• Set personal bests in the 110H (15.50) and 400H (58.29)
• Highest finish was 2nd place in the pole vault at the CSULA Invite (4.25m)
• Placed 6th in the 110H at the PacWest T&F Championships (15.50)
• CSC Academic All-District

2023
• Placed third and was All-PacWest in pole vault (4.25m) also competed in 110H
• Biola Male Newcomer of the Year 
• Academic All-PacWest
• Recorded 10 top 10 finishes and three were podium finishes in pole vault
• Highest pole vault finish was second place at the Mangrum Invitational (4.52m)
• Recorded personal best in 110H (16.26) and pole vault (4.72m)

HIGH SCHOOL
 Prepped three varsity seasons at Ballard High School in Seattle, Wa., graduating in 2022
• Diving - 3rd in Metro League, 1st in District, and 3rd in State
• Named Diving MVP
• Second to school record holder, just 3 points off from school record
• Graduated with a 4.0 GPA and top 10% of graduating class
• Also ran track and cross country for Ballard where he was a five-time state champion, two-time regional champion and top 8 in the nation for Trampoline and Tumbling
• Track - Metro and District Champion in both the 110m and 300m hurdles, 2nd in Metro and District in Pole Vault. Placed 5th in state in 110m hurdles, 4th in 300m hurdles, and 2nd in Pole Vault

PERSONAL
• Born Apr. 5, 2004 to Camille and Jonathan Pook
• Has three siblings (Sophia, Kendra, and Serena)
• Caleb also pole vaults for Biola Track & Field
• Majoring in business Health Sciences, with hopes to make it to medical school to become a physician
• His Mother, Camille Pook, was Team Captain in Cross Country at Seattle Pacific University
• His Father, Jonathan Pook, was Team Captain of the Rowing team at the University of Southern California 
• Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6
• Why I chose Biola: "The Faith foundation, the student body, the commitment to values, the sports opportunities and the scholarships and financial aid all played pivotal roles in my decision."
