• Finished the spring season as the No. 18 singles player in the West Region
• Won four singles matches and six doubles matches
• Started the year with three-straight singles win and two contests where he won his singles and doubles fixtures on the same day
• Had a three-week stretch where he was undefetead in doubles with teammate Andres Meneses
• Posted two three-set wins in singles

• Did not lose a singles match over the final month of the season

• Prepped four varsity seasons at Sprague HS in Salem, Ore., graduating in 2017
• Was the 2015 and 2016 conference singles champion
• Won 2017 doubles conference championship with a 15-0 overall record
• Took third place in state for doubles as a senior
• Led his team to its 10th and 11th consecutive conference titles in 2014-2015
• Also won the team title in 2017
• Named Athlete of the Week once each year
• Awarded Athlete of the Year in 2016 and 2017
• Three-time all-conference player
• Four-time academic all-state honors

PERSONAL
• Born April 26, 1999 to Rhonda and Brandon (BJ) Blair
• Has two siblings (Judson and Elizabeth)
• His mom, Rhonda, played at the University of Iowa and was named captain for two years.
• His dad, BJ, competed on the Swim and Dive team at the University of Iowa as well. Awarded 4x All-American and Member of the National team he traveled to Germany and Japan
• Majoring in Business Administration in hopes of marketing for a franchise, company, agency, or ATP that is linked to athletics and the sports world.
• He enjoys playing basketball, learning to surf and skateboard, music, and attending sporting events
• Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6
• Why I Chose Biola: "I was looking for a place that I could pursue my dream of being a college tennis player. Biola actually wasn't even on my list until a friend recommended that I at least come down and visit. I met coach Goodman at a collegiate tournament and talked with him and set up a visit. I wanted to pursue being a college tennis player, and my Business Marketing degree as well as further my faith and impact others as much as I can. Biola provided me with all the opportunities at the highest level.”
