• Set two personal-bests in the 2023 season
• Recorded a personal-best 8k at The Master’s University Invitational with his 16th place finish
• Set a personal-best 10k at the NCAA Regionals

• Competed in six meets
• Helped the Eagles win a PacWest Championship Crown, taking 36th at the PacWest Championships (26:15)
• Hit a personal-record with a time of 25:43.8 in the 8k at the NCAA DII Pre-Nationals
• Highest finish was 10th at the Vanguard Invite (26:17.2)

• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because I loved the atmosphere of it when I visited and I knew it would be a great place for me to continue running. I have had many family members attend Biola so I was comfortable here. Southern California also has much better weather than Oregon."
