SANTA BARBARA CITY COLLEGE
• Competed with Vaqueros for one academic year
• Finished seventh at the 2014 CCCAA Cross Country State Championships

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at San Marcos High School, graduating in 2014
• Part of a Royals cross country team that finished 10th at the 2013 CIF Division 3 Cross Country State Championships
• Named the cross country team's MVP as a sophomore
• Earned All-Chanel Island League selection in 2013 along with a captian's award
• Given "most improved" award for track & field in 2012

• Born on April 9, 1996 to Tanya and Don Sorensen 
• Has two younger siblings, Chad and Beth
• He enjoys studying finance in his spare time
• Majoring in political science and considering a career as a pilot, in international business, diplomacy or other related fields
