2010: Helped Eagles win program's first GSAC Championship with an 18th-place finish at the GSAC race...finished 11th overall at both the San Diego State Aztec Invitational (18:41.4) and Williamette University Invitational (17:59.59)...placed 12th out of 124 (18:15.1) at Biola University Invitational.
2009: Earned NAIA All-American honors and helped Biola to an NAIA National Runner-up Finish as Biola's top runner, finishing 22nd overall...also earned All-GSAC honors for the third-straight year with a 10th-place finish at the GSAC Championship...ran and placed in all six races for the Eagles.
2008: Named to the All-GSAC team for the second time in as many years with a 10th place finish at the GSAC Championships...qualified and placed 76th out of 327 runners at the NAIA National Championships...also finished 6th at Biola University Invitational.
2007: Made an immediate impact as a true freshman, earning All-Region II honors with a seventh-place finish at the NAIA Region II Qualifier...also earned All-GSAC honors with an eighth-place finish at the conference meet...placed 65th out of 268 runners at the NAIA Championships...best finish during the season came at the Westmont Invitational where she finished fifth.
High School: Attended South Salem High School in Salem, Oregon...helped Saxons to Central Valley Conference title in 2006 in cross country and 2005 and 2007 in track...named 2006 Williamette Valley Road Runners Female Athlete of the Year...earned Statesman Journal All-Region honors in track and cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior...named to the National Honors Society and earned the Presidential Educational Award.
Personal: Majoring in nursing and she plans on pursuing a career as a nurse after graduation...parents are Bruce and Karisa Thede...has two brothers, Ben (24) and Erik (18).
