2009: Was a leader of Biola’s backline, playing in 14 matches, starting nine…helped the Eagles to an impressive 0.93 goals against average, surrendering just 14 goals on the season…was third on the team with 1,004 minutes played.
2008: Proved to be the anchor of Biola’s tough defense, playing in all 15 matches while making 14 starts as a sophomore…defense allowed just 1.33 goals per game…scored three goals on the season, adding one assist for seven points…her first collegiate goal proved to be the match-winner in the Eagles’ 2-1 win at Oregon Tech (Sept. 2)…scored the first goal of the game in Biola’s 2-1 win at UC Santa Cruz (Sept. 29)…recorded her third tally of the season via a penalty kick though the Eagles would fall to Fresno Pacific 4-3.
2007: Played in 11 games, starting nine and seeing a total of 570 minutes of action as a true freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years at Westview High School…played on two CIF championship teams in 2005 & 2007…a part of CIF Finalist club in 2006 and CIF semi-finalists and Palomar League champion team in 2004…named to second-team All-Palomar squad as a senior…also participated on Cross Country teams in 2003 & 2004 as well and running the hurdles in 2007.
PERSONAL: Major is Kinesiology…plans to become a physical therapist after graduation…also part of Biola’s Track and Field program, competing in the sprints…parents are Duncan and Cindy Peterson…has one brother, Zachary (15).
