• Appeared in 29 games for the Eagles
• With 25 at bats he had 12 hits recording a .480 batting average
• Recorded a .600 slugging percentage 
• Went 2-for-4 with an RBI, double, and run scored against Vanguard on April, 29th
• Earned GSAC Scholar-Athlete honors

2016
• Appeared in 43 games for the Eagles, primarily in a pinch-running role
• Scored 26 runs as he almost doubled his season average
• Recorded four hits in 14 at-bats, including one home run
• His only homerun was a line drive shot in Biola's 25-6 win over Providence Christian on April 19. He was 2-for-4 with three runs and three RBI in that game
• Earned GSAC & NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors

2015
• Scored 14 runs in 30 appearances
• Stole six bases in 10 attempts
• Had one hit in seven at-bats (an RBI double)
• Reached via a walk twice

2014
• Scored 14 runs in 37 games, seeing most of his play as a courtesy runner
• Stole six bases in eight attempts
• Walked four times in 16 plate appearances
• Did not make a mistake in his seven fielding chances

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Maranatha HS in Pasadena, Calif. graduating in 2013
• Also played football for the Minutemen
• Three-time all-league first team and one-time all-league second team
• Three-time All-CIF and all-area first team as a senior
• Hit over .329 all four seasons
• Stole 33 bases his senior season and 81 overall
• Led his team to Olympic League championships and the CIF-SS playoffs
• Named a San Gabriel Valley Senior All-Star in 2013
• Four-time scholar-athlete
 
PERSONAL
• Born Feb. 24, 1995 to Rich and Pam Rasmussen
• Has one younger sister (Stacy)
• His father, Rich, was a professional tennis player and his uncle, Scott Hefner, played college baseball
• Five of his relatives have attended Biola, including his father, Rich, who played tennis here 
• Majoring in international business with hopes of becoming a lawyer
• He enjoys paintball
