2008 (CAL STATE BAKERSFIELD): Appeared in 19 matches, making 10 starts as a true freshman at Cal State Bakersfield…played 947 minutes for the Roadrunners, mainly at midfield…scored her first collegiate goal in CSUB’s 2-1 win against Idaho (Aug. 22)…tallied one additional goal, scoring against Eastern Washington (Sept. 5) in the Roadrunner’s 3-2 victory…finished fifth on the team with four points.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two–time Foothill League MVP and an all–league selection four times while attending Hart HS...member of three league championship teams...reached semifinals of CIF twice and quarter finals twice...finished with a Santa Clarita Valley prep record with 104 career prep goals...scored 20+ goals all four seasons...tied a Hart HS school record with five goals in one game and set a new record by scoring a goal in 12 consecutive games and tallying 38 goals in one season...had her No. 5 jersey retired...All–CIF Southern Section Division II first team in 2007 and third team selection in 2006...Los Angeles Daily News All–Area first team in 2006 and 2007... All–Santa Clarita Valley Player of the Year in 2006 and 2008…played eight years of club soccer for the West Valley Samba and Valley United SC.

PERSONAL: Major is physical education…plans to be an academic counselor, coach or teacher after graduation…parents are Rick Coutin and Joni Chase…has three older siblings, sisters Rebecca (27) and Elissa (22) and brother Jered (24).
