IRVINE, Calif. --- Daniel Esparza was unstoppable last week, helping the Eagles to two impressive conference wins. The offensive attack from Esparza was electric, pushing him to a PacWest Player of the Week honor.

The senior guard delivered the best offensive performance of his career on Thursday. 13 field goals and eight triples led to 39 points for Esparza. He could not miss, shooting 72.2 percent from the field, while adding seven rebounds and two assists.

He followed up his career-best in points on Thursday with a 15 point showing on Saturday against Hawaii Pacific. Esparza completed the week with 54 points and 13 rebounds.

Two strong showings from Esparza aided Biola in two double-digit wins against PacWest foes. The Eagles scored their third-straight win by over 10 points on Saturday.

Biola will hit the road for its next contest, facing Westmont on Thursday at 7:30 pm.
