USAF ACADEMY, Colo.---The Biola University men's water polo team continued their winning streak to three matches with a dominant 14-8 win over Augustana College.

The Eagles improved 5-10 overall while the Vikings fell 9-4.

Biola led the entire game, starting with scoring the first four goals in the first quarter (4-0). Gavin Oliver scored the final goal of the first frame and his second of the match with three seconds on the clock, 5-1.

Caleb Hernandez scored twice in the second quarter and once again in the third. The Eagles led by as much as nine goals in the third quarter. 

Maxwell Osborn scored BU's final goal in the third frame, making the score 14-5 in Biola's favor. 

The Vikings made a late run in the fourth quarter, scoring three goals while holding off any further goals from the Eagles. However, Augustana's late attempts weren't enough to overcome Biola who won 14-8 at the Cadet Natatorium.

Nine Eagles scored in today's match including Hernandez (3), Oliver (2), Osborn (2), Luke Franklin (1), Dominic Hidalgo-Valecillo (1), Nolan Rapp (2), John Grasso (1), Kenny Wulf (1), and Joshua Halopoff (1).

Biola plays next Thursday, September 29 against UC San Diego at 6 p.m.
