FAIRBANKS, Alaska --- The Eagles completed a rough trip to Alaska-Fairbanks on Saturday with a second straight loss to the Nanooks. UAF defeated BU 138-64 while winning nine of the 11 events for the second straight day.

Abby Blake and
Christine Tixier again stealing the show for the Eagles as Blake took the 1,650-freestyle and finished second to Tixier in the 200-breaststroke.

The Nanooks put on an exhibition of power throughout the day, winning each of their nine events by nearly four seconds or more over the nearest Biola finisher.

Angela Kirschner had another competitive day for the Eagles, finishing third in the 200-freestyle (2:03.43) and in the 100-freestyle (:56.40).

The 100-backstroke was another strong event for BU, as
Sarah Shepard (1:02.32) and
Victoria Turner (1:05.19) were able to take second and third place to steal some points from UAF.

Victoria Andreas also had a second place finish, finishing as the runner up in the 500-freestyle with a 5:34.73. She had a great swim, but finished behind a Nanook who swam a remarkable 5:06.93 to seal the win.

The Eagles get back in the pool this Saturday for a dual against Azusa Pacific at Lansing Pool.Â
