SANTA CLARITA, Calif. --- David Cline recorded a season-highs with 22-points and 12 rebounds while Andrew Schroeder contributed 16 points to lead Biola to an 75-61 victory over The Master's College in a GSAC game on Tuesday night.

The Eagles pick up their seventh-straight victory, improving to 14-1 on the season and to 4-1 in conference play. The Mustangs see their five-game winning streak snapped as they fall to 8-7 and to 1-4 in the GSAC.

Cline had a solid evening, hitting 9-of-12 from the field and adding 12 boards and converting a perfect 4-of-4 from the free throw line. Schroeder scored 16 points with 10 coming from the free throw line and added seven rebounds in 35 minutes.

Despite falling behind 7-2 early on, the Eagles quickly recovered and took an 8-7 lead four minutes into the contest. Biola would go on top for good on a put-back jumper by Cline which made it 10-9 just over six minutes in.

The Mustangs cut the lead to five with 3:00 to go in the period but the Eagles came right back with a 6-0 run to go up by double-figures at 34-23 and held a nine points lead at the break.

Biola opened the second half by stretching the lead to 13 points on a three-point play by Schroeder, which made it 44-31 at the 16:30 mark. The Master's closed the gap with a quick run which made it 46-41 just two minutes later.

Still leading by five with 12:46 to go, Biola put together one final run a 14-5 run over the next six minutes to take its largest lead of the night at 62-48. The Mustangs would get no closer than nine the rest of the way.

Curtis Eatmon added 14 points, six rebounds, four assists, one block and a steal in 33 minutes for Biola while Dwight Gordon contributed 10 points, six boards and five assists.

Anthony Cammon led The Master's with 17 points off the bench.

The 61 points by the Mustangs snapped a streak of five-straight opponents the Eagles held to 50 or fewer points. Biola, which leads the NAIA in scoring defense, has allowed just four teams to score over 50 points this season.

The Eagles return home looking to continue the winning streak on Saturday, hosting San Diego Christian College in a GSAC game at Chase Gymnasium at 7:30 p.m.
