Senior Gabe Plendcio shone bright at Cross Country’s Biola Invitational on Saturday. Plendcio raced strong throughout the 8k event, pulling away late to take first place with a time of 25:16.02. This fantastic result helped the Eagles take second place overall at the meet and start the year off the right way.

Cross Country competes next at the Sundowner Invitational in Monmouth, Oregon on September 21.
