Sierra Bauder joined the Eagles' coaching staff in the summer of 2019 after a three-year career for the Eagles. The highlight of her time at Biola was her senior season when she earned PacWest Conference Player of the Year while setting a new PacWest record for season hitting percentage as the top middle blocker for BU.
She earned Biola's first NCAA Division II All-American honors as a senior when she landed on the AVCA/NCAA Division II All-American third team. In her three years at Biola she accumulated 743 kills and recorded a hitting percentage of .352. Bauder also recorded 342 blocks in her career. She led the PacWest Conference and National Christian College Athletic Association in blocks.
Prior to Biola Bauder played one season at Western Illinois where she made the all-tournament team at the University of Kentucky tournament.
