Biography

2015: Appeared in all 34 of Biola's matches...One of four Biola players named to the All-GSAC team...Named NAIA All-America Third Team...Accumulated a career-best 300 kills...Had 19 kills at home against Great Falls on Aug. 21, it was her season-high and tied for the most by any player in a single match...Hit .288 on the season...Got a hand on 71 blocks.

2014: Appeared in all 37 of Biola's matches, getting the third-most starts on the team (29)...One of four Biola players with more than 250 kills (277)...Hit .255 on the season...Posted seven solo blocks and 69 block assists (third-best on the team)...Had 14 kills in a road match at Westmont on Nov. 4, it was her season-high and she hit .480.

2013: Saw more playing time in 2013, appearing in 29 matches and starting 10 of them...She picked up 138 kills in 95 sets played...bumped up her season block total to 47, including five solo blocks...She had two 10-plus kill matches and picked up 34 total kills in the NAIA National Tournament...Her best blocking performance came in the NAIA pool play opener as she picked up one solo block and six block assists. 

2012: Appeared in 23 matches, playing in 54 sets...picked up 89 kills (1.65 per set)...recorded 28 digs and 10 blocks, including three solo...a season-high 13 of her 89 kills came against Hope International (Oct. 25)...she recorded her season-best attack percentage in that game also (.478)

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity volleyball at Monte Vista Christian...helped Mustangs to the 2009 and 2012 Monterey Bay League Championship...named First-Team All-Monterey Bay League selection all four years including earned league MVP honors twice...Captained her team three times...also competed in track and basketball earning First-Team All-MBL honors in basketball...played five years for the Vision Volleyball Club, helping team take 2009 Junior Olympic Gold Medal (American Division) and placing first in region in 2010.

PERSONAL: Majoring in history/secondary education, with plans to be a high school teacher and volleyball coach...parents are Steve and Nancy Blaser...father Steve played basketball at Gonzaga and semi-pro basketball after college...her sister, Alexandra, plays volleyball at West Valley College...She enjoys swimming, reading and playing musical instruments...Favorite Bible Verse: James 1:2-3...Why I Love Biola: "Because I have the best teammates in the world."
