Dominic Freeman joined the Eagles coaching staff for the 2018-19 season, working with Biola's post players and assisting in recruiting and scouting.
Freeman graduated from Long Beach State in 2008 with a bachelors in Kinesiology and spent two seasons on Beach's basketball team. Freeman played on Long Beach State's NCAA Tournament team in 2006-07 as a senior after winning the Big West and was also a two-time all-league player at Long Beach City Community College.
Freeman started coaching in 2007, beginning as an assistant at Milliken High School before starting at Long Beach City as an assistant in 2009. He accepted his first haed coaching position in 2009 at Lakewood High and also led the program at Valley Christian HS for four seasons before transitioning to Biola and club basketball.
Freeman is a two-time Moore League Coach of the Year and was named Cerritos Coach of the Year in 2017. He enjoys reading and working out and is excited to working with students athletes and his fellow coaches in a Christian environment.
