Ashley Saunders joined the Biola Sports Medicine staff in the summer of 2016 as the Eagles' fourth full-time Athletic Trainer.
Saunders received her B.S. in athletic training and ATC licensure from Liberty University in Virginia back in 2014.
Immediately following her education at Liberty she went to Azusa Pacific to attain her M.S. in physical education. During her time with the Cougars she served as the sport contact for APU Volleyball, APU Baseball and other sports as assigned.
“I love being an athletic trainer in the PacWest and I am excited to be at Biola while the sports medicine side of athletics prepares for the transition to Division II,” said Saunders. “The other athletic trainers at Biola have been very welcoming in my time here so far, and I look forward to working with all the student-athletes once all their seasons begin.”
